Deficiencies and their effect on the skin

We create cosmetics where the assets are real assets, not a commercial story. So the concentration is either working or higher (if comfort and safety of use allows it)

But we will always advocate that care should be holistic.

In other words, it is not enough just to use quality cosmetics, it is also important to fill in the deficiencies.

Today we want to outline what states the skin will be in if it is in deficiency.

First of all, vitamin D. With its deficiency is noted: dull skin tone, dark circles under the eyes, more pronounced wrinkles and loss of elasticity.

Iron deficiency is often associated with brittle nails, dry hair and flaking.

If you have an omega-3 deficiency with an omega-6 surplus (excess), you may experience acne and worsen inflammation. Therefore, modern treatment protocols for this condition very often include omega-3 supplementation.

When people are deficient in vitamin E, they experience vascular and capillary fragility (bruises don't go away for weeks with a small bump).

If you're deficient in protein (and you're almost 100% deficient unless you're purposefully counting it), collagen has nowhere to go. Bottom line: dull skin, loss of elasticity, puffiness

Remember that our body is a holistic and complex structure and we need to approach the solution of problems in a complex way, and not to work only with the consequence. I strongly urge you to be examined by an endocrinologist and compensate for deficiencies after tests and doctor's recommendations, so you will qualitatively improve your life.

Be healthy!
